Parent Consultation
Are you feeling overwhelmed by your child's behavior? Do you want to parent differently from how you were raised? My parent consultation services are designed to equip you with practical skills to manage challenging situations and strengthen your relationship with your child. Whether you're dealing with noncompliance, defiance, tantrums, physical aggression, or struggles around mealtimes, sleep, or toileting, I’m here to help you navigate these common parenting challenges with confidence.
I understand that every family is unique, which is why my approach is tailored to your specific needs. My expertise spans multiple evidence-based parenting interventions, including the Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) program, the Incredible Years, and the RUBI Autism parenting program. I also offer specialized support through extended SPACE program trainings for issues like Failure to Launch and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
My practice takes pride in supporting diverse families. I have extensive experience working with parents in intercultural marriages, families who have lived abroad, parents of LGBTQIA+ youth, and parents of neurodiverse children. Whatever your family's background or needs, I’m committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive guidance to help your child thrive and your family flourish.
Through my parent consultation services, you'll gain valuable insights, learn effective strategies, and develop the skills needed to foster your child's independence, manage anxiety, and create a more harmonious home environment. Let me help you transform challenges into opportunities for growth and connection with your child.
